“Customer service leaves a lot to be desired. I'm just picking up my order. I often feel like the staff doesn't know how to greet or acknowledge customers when they arrive. There’s rarely a “Hello, how can I help you?” And if they are assisting one customer while another is waiting, there’s typically no acknowledgment of the waiting customer, such as “Hello, someone will be right with you.” I often find myself having to greet them first. There's an older woman who wears glasses and looks at me as if there’s something wrong with me, though perhaps that’s just her natural facial expression. Although their pizza is delicious, the customer service could improve. At least try to make customers feel welcome, especially those who don’t cause difficulties.”

“Shawnta was extremely helpful in my decision making on my pie. I believe she’s a manager? If not she should be !! I come here quite often and I’m always satisfied. This has to be my favorite &pizza location in VA. It’s clean and always well kept.”

“Shawnta here at this location was amazing. Upon ordering, she greeted me and my boyfriend with outstanding energy! She made getting pizza an experience! She’s helpful when ordering and gives very generous suggestions when placing your order. She also makes your pizzas neatly and I’ve been to &pizzas where nothing is proportioned and it’s a mess. Her position here should be elevated! Is she a manager? If not, she should be!! I Will be back!”

“Food is good. Service is okay. Seems like they are focused more on talking on the phone rather than helping the customer. It is as if they are being bothered by having to work. The music is way too loud. You cannot have a conversation in there. I couldn't wait to finish to run out. It's not even ambiance music but loud rap. Not my cup of tea. Better to order for take out but eatimg in would be cool.”
